Health Awareness Presentations

Knowledge provides the freedom to make good choices that can preserve our health, prevent disease, and restore our bodies.

Our Health Awareness presentations unpack the foundational knowledge needed to empower men and women to preserve their overall health, hormones, and fertility, with a science-backed, age-appropriate, and holistic body-affirming approach.

We work with highschools, parishes, community groups, colleges and universities to tailor content that enhances existing curriculum, and provide additional support and resources for educators to fill the gap in health education.

Heather will also explain how to self-advocate for medical care that supports God’s natural design for our physical and mental well-being.
