3 months of instruction and guided diagnostic charting (5 follow-ups, 1.5 hours each)
Unlimited access via phone or email to a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner

Once you are equipped with 2 cycles of data you can be referred to our RRM medical consultant certified in FertilityCare to begin the treatment process, completing Step 1 in tandem with Step 2: Reproductive Restoration Medicine.

What is FertilityCare?
Step 1: We Track Your Cycle
Everyone begins here, partnering with a FertilityCare Practitioner for 3 months to learn the Creighton Model of charting their cycle. This foundational prerequisite will identify natural biomarkers that can help us understand so much of what your cycle is telling you about your overall health. Up to 70% of women, even over 40 years of age with years of infertility, can achieve pregnancy with this best kept secret of FertilityCare technology.
Referral to an RRM Medical Consultant
Once you are equipped with 2 cycles of data you can be referred to our medical consultant certified in Restorative Reproductive Technology to begin the treatment process, completing Step 1 in tandem with Step 2.
This service is not covered under MSP but may be covered under select health insurance plans.
What is Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM) Technology?
Step 2: RRM Treatment Plan
Working with an RRM medical consultant, you will explore gynecological and family history, evaluate your diagnostic fertility chart, order baseline hormone bloodwork, and develop a healthy lifestyle management plan to restore reproductive health using this natural, science-backed method.
This step includes:
Medical History and Lab Testing (requires a referral to a local physician if you are out of the province of Alberta)
Initial Evaluation and Treatment Plan
3 Months of Monitoring
Preventative Postpartum Health Counselling
Prerequisite: Learn how to track 2-cycles with a FertilityCare Practitioner before being referred to our medical consultant for a virtual consultation where a treatment plan will be implemented. Some steps in your treatment plan need to be completed in-person, but follow-up consultations will continue virtually.
