Health Awareness Presentations
Knowledge provides the freedom to make good choices that can preserve our health, prevent disease, and restore our bodies.
“Why haven’t I heard this before?” This is the question I hear on repeat from my clients. Women who have spent years unknowingly working against their natural design and their body’s needs, burning out of good health in their 30s (or younger) and struggling for years after to restore it. It’s time to change that.
Health Awareness for Youth
We educate youth to prevent symptoms, preserve fertility and restore their health
Our Health Awareness presentations unpack the foundational knowledge needed to empower men and women to preserve their overall health, hormones, and fertility, with a science-backed, age-appropriate, and holistic body-affirming approach.
We work with high schools, parishes, community groups, colleges and universities to tailor content that enhances existing curriculum and provides additional support and resources for educators to fill the gap in health education.
